Gibby's Gallop returns in 2015! The Gibby 5k run/walk and 5 mile run will be held Saturday. Oct. 3, 2015 beginning at 9:30 a.m. Pets and strollers are welcome.
June will be here soon and we are gearing up for this year's Gibby's Day! This year, June 6, 2015 marks 10 years that we have been celebrating David's life. We would love to see as many of you as possible at the event. All are welcome! We will have games for the children, a touch rugby game, tricky tray, 50/50 plus much more.
The first annual Gibby's Gallop was held Oct. 11, 2014. A total of 164 participants came out on a rainy Saturday to have fun and raise money for the Gibby Scholarship fund and Demi-Lee, a Morris rugger battling an autoimmune disease.
We are very excited to announce that Gibby's Gallop has been officially sanctioned by USA Track and Field and registration can begin! Please download the attached form or sign up online to register.
The Gibby" is a memorial scholarship fund was started to honor David Gibson, a member of the Morris Lions U18 Rugby Team. David was also a charter member of the Mountville Youth Rugby program.
